As of 7:27pm I have one more section to go! And as of 7:28pm I am exhausted. I could sleep forever.

And my computer is starting to act fritzy. After holding out this long! So awesome *loving, coaxing voice to computer* Just one more day sweetie, then we’ll send ya to the Apple doctors. Hang in there!

Cloudy Sun

Very pretty day. Yummy buddha food while meeting with a new friend, and then finalized the structure and started work for the section I’m working on. Getting closer, weee!

Rainy Day

Did school work most of the day. Hung out with the dogs: got toasty by the stove, rubbed bellies, laughed out loud. Progress is being made, just sloooooooow. Canceled going to The City this weekend because I’m not done yet. Sadness, but I just gotta get done. I can do it! I will do it!

Today

was so much better. I delivered two thank you cards to places and people that made my day yesterday work in spite of everything. I’m so glad that I did. And I got a huge hug!

Yesterday I pushed through to make delicious falafel, which I’m now going to have more of. And then I think sleep though perhaps I can work in a little writing. I like it.

I’m So Close

And then there are days like today that eat you up and spit you out. I’m all crumbly so gonna take care of this imploded brain and hope that tomorrow will be better for finishing the school work. Blarg.

Micro as Macro

Just finished watching The Fountain this morning since I had an extra hour *grin* I found it to be essentially a three star movie except for the work of Chris Parks which up-ed it to four stars for me. Incredible! So beautiful. And I really like Aronofsky’s insistence on not using computer graphics as much as possible, allowing the film to not be dated, to become more real. Choosing to use Parks’ art for the travel through space to the nebula and dying star, just inspiring. Take a look at this show reel of his work!!

Final Stretch

I’m skipping Halloween for the hope of finishing up the schoolio this weekend! If not completely, it will be dang close And I’m close, just two more sections!
