Last night saw me under the clear summer stars enjoying the Mermen. A quick drive practically in my own backyard even! Acutally even better, some else’s backyard!
I think the SoCal fires are giving us these beautiful sunsets.
Their projected videos were just amazing! Great early 20th century cars and people, surf footage, photos, all tweaked and psychadelified.
Jennifer is their stunning bassist and I was just in love with meeting her. She’s a lefty that plays righty and signed my poster ‘DJ Girl’. Heart.
And even beyond the lights and projection and glow toys, we got some minx fire dancing action.
